Lions wide-out Amon-Ra St. Brown isn’t expected to miss significant time after suffering an ankle injury during Sunday’s loss to the Vikings.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, tests on St. Brown’s ankle were “encouraging” and that if the “budding star” is sidelined “it shouldn’t be anything long-term.”

Still though, unfortunately for the Lions, there’s not a lot of room for error if they’re looking to make further strides this season. This is especially the case when it comes to potentially last sing a guy in St. Brown who played in 73 percent of the team’s offensive snaps Sunday.
