According to John Clayton of ESPN, Jim Harbaugh turned down $5.2 million dollars to become the next head coach of the University of Michigan after Rich Rodriguez was fired Wednesday morning.
This hasn’t been confirmed and it is still believed that Harbaugh is still in play for the University of Michigan.
In addition to the University of Michigan, the NFL has been in hot pursuit of Harbaugh’s services, specifically the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins.
According to the SunSentinel.com, Jim Harbaugh is reportedly seeking in upwards of $6 million dollars. Now if this in fact true, you would have to think that Harbaugh is NFL bound.
Everything coming out about Harbaugh and his situation is still speculation to this point.
It is expected that Harbaugh makes his decision later in the week.
