According to Yahoo Sports, the San Antonio Spurs are actively shopping veteran PG Tony Parker for a high draft pick in Thursday’s NBA Draft.
The Spurs have reportedly talked to the Toronto Raptors who sit at the #5 pick and the Sacramento Kings who sit at the #7 picks. Furthermore the SportingNews reports that the Kings have been in talks with the Denver Nuggets for Raymond Felton in hopes of moving Tyreke Evans to the off-guard position.
Now if the Spurs where to move Parker the SportingNews mentions that George Hill could take over at the starting point guard position. However Yahoo Sports goes on to say that George Hill has also been garnering some trade interest from teams at the back end of the lottery.
Parker who is 29 years old averaged 17.5 points and 6.6 assists in 78 games last season.
