The news seemed good for Texans RB Arian Foster (and his Fantasy owners) on Wednesday.

According to Nick Scurfield of HoustonTexans.com, Foster was a participant in the teams practice on Thursday while head coach Gary Kubiak commented that he (Foster) looked much better than the day before.

“He puts us at our best,” Kubiak added. “He’s a heck of a player. When he’s back there, everybody’s pretty darn comfortable from a standpoint of what he can do for our football team. Hopefully, everything goes smooth and he’s feeling good tomorrow and we’re ready to go and back at full strength.”

It’s still unclear if Houston’s running game will be affected this weekend and if he would end up sharing carry’s with Ben Tate. However Kubiak hinted that if Foster is healthy enough to be in the starting lineup than he wouldn’t hesitate to give him a full workload.
