Veteran forward Tayshaun Prince doesn’t look to be going anywhere anytime soon.

Adrian Wojnarowski at Yahoo! Sports reports that Tayshaun Prince will sign a 4 year deal with the Pistons on Friday (when NBA free agency officially begins) for an estimated $27 million dollars.

Heading into the offseason as an unrestricted free agent, Pistons team president Joe Dumars admitted that he would like to bring back Prince (a former Kentucky forward) who has spent his entire 9 year NBA career with the Pistons.

Prince averaged 14.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game last season and got some attention during the offseason from the Los Angeles Clippers, San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls.

Pistons re-sign Jerebko, negotiating with Stuckey

The Pistons will also bring back Swedish forward and restricted free agent Jonas Jerebko on a 4 year deal worth and estimated $16 million dollars.

Jerebko who has shown plenty of promise in his young NBA career missed all of last season with an Achilles injury.

The Pistons are also reportedly negotiating a contract with guard Rodney Stuckey which many believe will be a done deal Thursday.
