Both teams are top contenders each year in the Stanley Cup, which makes tonight a huge opportunity for the Wings to go full force.
Johan Franzen had 2 goals and an assist Thursday night against Columbus, so he will be expected to bring the Caps fans down a notch with some points tonight. Another Wing who had a good night Thursday was Jimmy Howard, stopping 32 of 34 shots. Both teams had a great night on Thursday, but none of that matters now. Tonight is what they need to focus on.
