During yesterday’s 44-41 Lions OT loss at the hands of the hapless Tennessee Titans, Matthew Stafford was taken out of the game during the fourth quarter with what was later revealed to be a leg muscle strain.
Although not considered serious, Stafford was set to undergo an MRI Monday and with the results not officially known, CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora tweeted some potentially bad news regarding the starting QB…
Lions unsure if Matt Stafford will be able to go next week with his muscle pull. Keeping options open. As source said "he's one tough dude"

Even with Shaun Hill being a quality backup and leading the charge to tie the game yesterday, this isn’t something that Lions fans want to hear, especially considering Calvin Johnson’s production also tends to dip when Stafford is on the shelf.
Stay tuned…
