Former Detroit Red Wings goaltender Dominik Hasek is currently contemplating making a return to elite pro hockey in Europe next season.
According to NHL.com via Mlive.com the 46-year old goaltender keeps himself busy with beach volleyball, cycling, downhill skiing and auto racing.
“All those activities keep me in good shape,” the current unrestricted free agent said. “I still think about returning to play hockey next year, so it is important for me to do other sports now and be ready.”
Gotta love him competitive spirit.
