The No. 1 team in country proved just that as the Kentucky Wildcats won the battle of the Commonwealth when they beat Louisville 69-61 to move onto the NCAA title game.

Despite Kentucky looking dominant at times, Louisville was able to stick around thanks to 16 offensive rebounds. These offensive boards eventually led to the Cardinals tying things up after a Peyton Siva three pointer with nine minutes left in the second half.

Kentucky though came up big towards the end of the game and were able to stave off a Louisville rally. The Wildcat defense was able to hold the Cardinals offense to two free throws for a six minute stretch. After the game got within five points, Player of the Year (and unibrow of the year) Anthony Davis (game high 18 points and 14 rebounds, plus five blocks) pretty much sealed the game with a highlight reel alley oop.
