Michigan State football players Brian Linthicum and Max Bullough have been disciplined internally according to Greg Johnson of the Grand Rapids Press who cites a one sentence statement from Spartan head coach Mark Dantonio.

“This matter is being handled internally and appropriate disciplinary action has been taken,” the statement said.

Dantonio’s statements come after more information being released on the arrest that took place last week while the two players were on spring break.

The Aspen Police say that Benjamin Nichols of London, England accused Linthicum of punching him at a downtown bar called the Regal Watering Hole.

When police arrived on the scene they had to use a Taser to subdue Linthicum who was trying to flee.

Johnson writes that Linthicum will be charged with a misdemeanor third-degree assault and eluding police while Bullough was charged with being an MIP and eluding police.
