During a SportsCenter live feed today from Rams camp, ESPN decided it was finally time to let everyone know who exactly DE Michael Sam is showering with in the locker room. The incredibly deep revelation came during a Josina Anderson segment where she was asked how exactly Sam is fitting in with the rest of the locker room, which ultimately led to how an openly gay man takes a shower in the NFL.
“But another Rams defensive player told me that ‘Sam is respecting our space.’ From his perspective, he seems to think that Michael Sam is waiting to kind of take a shower, so as not to make his teammates feel uncomfortable.”
Wait a second, so Michael Sam isn’t turning the St. Louis Rams’ shower into a big gay bath house? I’m sure the ESPN producers aren’t sure how to feel about this. I mean… how does the four letter go on with their programing if Michael Sam isn’t at least showering with most if not all of his teammates?
Better question, how come everyone else has seemed to move on from the you know, Michael Sam is gay thing besides ESPN?
