Although not his best game of the season statistically, Stafford was pretty pin-point through the air and was often times once again the victim of dropped passes from his wide-outs who continue to lead the NFL in that category. Stafford on the other hand still managed 266 yards and a touchdown in the winning effort.
Marvin Jones and Golden Tate each eclipsed the 90 yard mark with 94 and 93 respectively. Boldin who came down with the game winning touchdown had three receptions for 28 yards.
Justin Forsett also played a bigger role in the offense with 48 all-purpose yards while leading Lions rushers with 33 on the ground.
Player of the Game: Matthew Stafford (266 yards, 1 TD)
The problems the Lions have had this season aren’t the fault of Matthew Stafford. He once again turned in another solid game beating a team who came into Ford Field with a five-game winning streak.
