It certainly wasn’t Matthew Stafford’s best game, but he did enough on the final drive to lead the Lions to a 20-16 comeback win over the Miami Dolphins Sunday afternoon.

Stafford finished 25-40 for 280 yards, 2 touchdowns and an INT but it was the final drive that the Detroit QB really shinned. With the clock ticking away, Stafford avoided pressure to find Theo Riddick in the end zone with a nasty sidearm throw giving the Lions a 20-16 lead (after Prater’s extra point) and eventual 4th straight victory.

Detroit now moves to 7-2 on the season before heading out to the desert to take on Arizona next weekend.
