You can add another name to the growing list of potential offseason targets for the Tigers.

FOXSports.com reported late Tuesday that Detroit could strike a trade with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for utility infielder Maicer Izturis. The switch hitting Izturis is set to make $3.8 million dollars next season and is eligible for free agency after the 2012 season.

In addition to Izturis, the Tigers have also expressed interest in free agent third baseman Aramis Ramirez, free agent second baseman Kelly Johnson and Atlanta infielder Martin Prado.

Prado rumors started to generate last month when it was said the Tigers could make a trade to acquire him and that any deal could involve outfielder Delmon Young. Prado reportedly is still a top priority for the Tigers as they move forward in the offseason.

Izturis, 31 split the majority of his time last season between second and third base. He hit .276 with 38 RBIs, 51 runs and nine stolen bases as the Angels’ primary leadoff hitter last year.
