The long wait is finally over, Tiger Woods has won a tournament.
Sunday, arguably the greatest golfer ever is on top of the World once again as Woods finished off a remarkable Tournament Championship for his 80th career tourney win and his first in five years.
This isn’t a drill everyone. This isn’t hype. What the guy has done over the course of a year is notable. Tiger Woods is fucking back.
HE'S DONE IT! 🏆@TigerWoods has earned his 80th win in storybook fashion at the @PlayoffFinale.#LiveUnderPar pic.twitter.com/P03HlMe0uI

Woods finished 11-under for the Tournament and one-over for the day holding off Billy Horschel by two-strokes for the win. And lets be honest, if Tiger would’ve lost to Billy Horschel, it would have been a loss for golf fans everywhere and the sport itself. We’ll probably rarely ever hear Billy Horschel’s name again while Woods’ success keeps eyes on televisions, asses in the seats and the sport golf much more interesting overall.
Justin Rose ended up winning the Fed Ex Cup title but I’m sure that was just slightly more interesting for people than Horschel chasing Woods down the back nine.
The ultimate prize. 🏆@JustinRose99 has capped a stellar season with the #FedExCup title.#LiveUnderPar pic.twitter.com/Yl3WOeaos2
