Megan Rapinoe of the USWNT raised some eyebrows and got into a Twitter spat with Donald Trump during the Women’s World Cup when she knelt during the U.S. National Anthem. This obviously came to much of the dismay of flag-wavers across the United States who were completely closed off to Rapinoe’s message and simply stuck to their own flag worshipping ideas.
