On tonight’s edition of Smackdown, the Bella Twins were confirmed as the latest inductees to the WWE Hall of Fame.

Nikki and Brie first made their debut back in 2008 and eventually went on to be multi-time Divas Champions. This included Nikki defeating AJ Lee at Survivor Series in 2014 where she went on to be the longest-reigning Divas Champion in WWE history lasting a total of 300 days. Eventually, as their in-ring careers began to wind down, the duo went on to reality television starring in “Total Divas” before landing their own show in “Total Bellas”.

Last year, both Nikki and Brie announced their retirement from in-ring competition.

The Bella Twins will join the nWo (Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Sean Waltman) and Bautista as part of the 2020 class who’ll be inducted on April 2 from Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, during WrestleMania 36 Week.

Also rumored to join this year’s class is “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith, Jushin Thunder Liger, and JBL.
