News broke Thursday that impending unrestricted free agent Ryan Suter had a list of teams he’d be willing to negotiate with if his rights were traded by Nashville prior to the July 1st deadline.

This list reportedly consisted of all Western Conference teams after it was revealed by CSN Philadelphia that Suter had no interest in joining the Flyers.

Suter’s agent Neil Sheehy, has however come forward saying his client has not given a list of teams he wouldn’t be open to having his rights traded to before July 1st.

Now it doesn’t seem unreasonable that Suter would have a list of teams he’d be willing to negotiate with, it’s happened before. And it’s certainly understandable as to why an agent wouldn’t want news pertaining to a list of teams his client would be willing to negotiating with. But Suter isn’t a player that will will burn any bridges before getting the chance to cross them if he were to sign with an off list team. His demand this offseason won’t detour any teams from making an offer simply because he wasn’t on his “list”.
