Opening Day in northern cities is always a crapshoot when it comes to the weather and the question, will it be total shit?
In Detroit, it was shit as the snow came down on an Opening Day that was flanked by days with sun and warmer temperatures.
At least the visuals were nice despite no one really knowing what the hell was going on.
Then there was this Miguel Cabrera home run which was great considering Miggy didn’t even know it was gone considering the slide into second — which had to hurt in 30-degree weather.
