Michigan State’s winning streak hit eight as they defeated #23 Gonzaga 74-67 from Spokane, Washington.
Draymond Green had a career high 34 points while Adreian Payne had nine points for Michigan State (8-2) and Derrick Nix and Keith Appling added eight apiece.
For Gonzaga, David Stockton had his own career best of 19 points while Robert Sacre had 16 points and freshman Gary Bell Jr. added 13.
Lately the Big Ten has had some good luck against Gonzaga who have lost their second straight to a Big Ten opponent. #24 Illinois beat the Bulldogs 82-75.
