According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Lions agreed to terms with former Bears defensive lineman Cornelius Washington. Also, ProFootball Talk is reporting that the Lions have also added former Buccaneers defensive tackle Akeem Spence.

Neither guy lights the world on fire in any sense. The Lions will pay Spence $10.5 million over three-years to provide less than adequate pass coverage while Washington (2 -years/$6 million) will provide average run stopping ability.
