Here are some various news and noteworthy items following the Lions’ 24-13 victory over the Chicago Bears Monday night.
- Lions TE Tony Schefler was said to be experiencing concussion like symptoms after Monday night’s game. He will undergo concussion testing before he will be allowed to go back onto the practice field. Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher was flagged Monday night for leading with the head on Schefler Monday night.
- Lions LB Justin Durant will also continue to under concussion testing this week before he is allowed to return to the practice field. He suffered a concussion a few weeks ago against Minnesota.
- Dan Wetzel of Yahoo! Sports writes that Ford Field is quickly becoming the NFL’s most hostile environment for opposing teams. This comes after the Bears were flagged for nine false start penalties Monday night.
