.) Kansas City Chiefs – Geno Smith (QB) West Virginia – Well KC will get their man at QB and they get their man to coach him in Andy Reid. They will pass on many needs to get a face for the Chiefs.

.) Jacksonville Jaguars – Star Lotylelei DT Utah – The Jags need help everywhere and could of went offensive tackle but Lotylelei is highest rated player available in the draft. It’s a good place for Jacksonville to start.

.) Oakland Raiders – Barkevious Mingo (DE) LSU – The black hole is begging to get more pressure on opposing QB’s. With Richard Seymour getting up there in age and the need is there the raiders can’t pass.

.) Philadelphia Eagles – Damontre Moore (DE) Texas A&M – They have need on offensive line but the Eagles will look to rebuild their defense. After cutting DE Jason Babin in mid season Damontre Moore will fill the void.

.) Detroit Lions – Bjoern Werner (DE) FSU – The Lions have a best player available policy and will look at Manti Te’o and Jarvis Jones still on the board. This pick is too high to take Milliner but Bjoern Werner will fill the DE need with Avril a free agent and KVB aging.

.) Cleveland Browns – Jarvis Jones (OLB) Georgia – Jones has question marks as he has disappeared in big games and is thought of as a poor man’s Von Miller. However if you team him up with D’qwell Jackson the Browns could have a top 5 LB core by the end of 2013.

.) Arizona Cardinals – Luke Joeckel (OT) Texas A&M – The Cards need a QB but at seven there isn’t a QB in this draft worth it. Besides you first need someone who will help keep a start QB upright. Luke Joeckel is the best tackle in the draft and with Arizona seeing injuried QB’s all year this is a step in the right direction.

.) Buffalo Bills – Matt Barkley (QB) USC – This is a stretch but the Bills need to find an identity. Barkley will be their new face.

.) New York Jets – Chance Warmack (G) Alabama – Chance Warmack is the best offensive linemen in the draft and is one of four NFL ready Bama players. It looks as though they will stick with Sanchez at QB and in his defense they can’t have the interior of the offensive line keep crumbling over and over again. I know you don’t usually see guards taken this high but Warmack is worth it. He is a starter for the next 10 years.

.) Tennessee Titans – Dee Milliner (CB) Alabama – This is Tennessee’s man, they will consider moving up to take him but he will be there at 10 as the Titans need secondary help.

.) San Diego Chargers – Taylor Lewan (OT) Michigan – San Diego is a team trending in the wrong way. They need a franchise piece to open holes for the run game and protect Rivers. Lewan will provide just that.

.) Miami Dolphins – Keenan Allen (WR) Cal – Allen is the first receiver off the board and will provide a nice go-to-guy for Ryan Tannehill.

.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Kenny Vaccaro (S) Texas – Ronde Barber isn’t going to play forever. Vaccaro is a upgrade over the aging Barber that will probably be a cap cut for T.B.

.) Carolina Panthers – Jonathan Hankins (DT) OSU – The Panthers need two things, Cam Newton to take steps forward and help on defense. They will go DT to stop the gap bleeding.

.) New Orleans Saints – Jonathan Banks (CB) Mississippi State –  The Saints couldn’t stop teams from throwing on them. Too many times the secondary was beat on big plays.

.) St. Louis Rams – Manti Te’o (LB) Notre Dame – Head Coach Jeff Fisher is a defense guy and Te’o is the leader and playmaker his defense needs. Plus Te’o being arguably the best LB in the draft and a top 10 talent is too much to pass on at this point.

.) Pittsburgh Steelers – Alec Ogletree (LB) Georgia – The Steelers are long in the tooth at linebacker as Harrison and Foote are older players with their best days behind them. This is a obvious choice.

.) Dallas Cowboys – Matt Elam (S) Florida – The boys need help in the back end and in a division with Eli and RG3 they will get a ball hawk in the back end of the D.

.) New York Giants – Sylvester Williams (DT) North Carolina – The G-man have a system, out with the old and in with the new on the defensive line. This is a deep DT draft and the Giants cash in

.) Chicago Bears – Eric Fisher (OT) Central Michigan – This is a no brainer for Chi-town. They struggle keeping Cutler from getting killed and the offensive line has been a problem for years. Fisher at 20 will be a steal, even though the Bears will explore a LB. Fisher though is the right pick.

.) Minnesota Vikings – Justin Hunter (WR) Tennessee –  Percy Harvin is always hurt and off the top of your head you probably can’t name a skill position guy not named A.P. or Harvin.

.) Cincinnati Bengals – Dion Jordan (DE) Oregon – They have a young and growing defense and might lose DE Michael Johnson as a FA. Dion Jordan though would be a cheaper replacement as Johnson may command between $10-12 million a season to keep.

.) Indianapolis Colts – Sam Montgomery (DE) LSU – Dwight Freeney is old and the defense is in need of help. Montgomery is the best defensive player on the board at this point.

.) Seattle Seahawks – Cordelle Patterson (WR) Tennessee – Could have that game breaking potential Seattle lacks at WR.

.)Baltimore Ravens- Eric Reid (S) LSU –  The Ravens are losing Ray Lewis, and possibly Ed Reed in the offseason. Now they will find another LB later but Eric Reid is the guy because the Ravens don’t want to commit big money to a 32 year-old Ed Reed.

.) Atlanta Falcons – Tyler Eifert (TE) Notre Dame – This is a gimmie as they are losing Tony Gonzalez, the NFL’s best TE in history.

.) San Francisco 49ers – Sheldon Richardson (DT) Missouri – The 49ers add to their strength. The interior of the line (Justin Smith) is up there and an understudy is there late in the first round for them.

.) Houston Texans – Ezekial Ansah (DE) BYU – He needs work but with the Texans he can come along slow. Ansah and Watts could be two headed monster for QB’s as soon as 2014.

.)Washington Redskins – Jonthan Cooper (OG) North Carolina – Head coach Mike Shannahan does two things great, groom QB’s and build offensive lines. Cooper here makes for a easy decision for Shanny and Co.

.) New England Patriots – Shariff Floyd (DT) Florida – My gut tells me New England trades this pick and falls back. Wilfork is over 30 but is a top 5 DT. Belichek is better than any other coach at this identify a need in the future and draft for it thing. In two years Floyd will be there man.

.) Green Bay Packers – Zach Ertz (TE) Stanford – If the best QB in the game calls you out, Finley days are numbered in Green Bay.

.) Denver Broncos – Giovanni Bernard (RB) North Carolina – He is the best running back in the draft and Denver isn’t set with Moreno. Bernard can make the load a little easier on Manning. Remember Elway and Davis? Same scenario.
