Friday afternoon the Nick Fairley situation kept taking turn after turn.
At one point during the day it was being reported that Fairley would make his debut Monday night against the Bears. Then later in the day on Friday, Fairley indicted that he wouldn’t be playing.
New information however has emerged regarding the status of the Lions rookie defensive tackle.
Fairley was listed as a full participant for Saturday’s practice yet was still listed as questionable for the matchup with the Bears. Now it’s not certain how much Fairley will play come Monday but at this point it seems somewhat likely that he will be active for the game.
