According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, the Detroit Lions have acquired tight end Tim Wright from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It’s unclear at this point what is going the other way in the deal however it marks the second straight season in which Wright was traded late in the preseason by the Buccaneers.
Prior to the 2014 campaign, the Bucs traded Wright to the New England Patriots for Logan Mankins before being reacquiring him this past June after the Pats waived the veteran tight end.
With the addition of Wright, the 2014 first round pick of Eric Ebron, Brandon Pettigrew’s recent four-year, $17 million dollar contract and Joseph Fauria still being on the roster the Lions have some decisions to make regarding the tight end position.
Could we end up seeing Ebron moved to wide receiver? Could this mean the end of Fauria? Or perhaps could the Lions be sending a player and not a draft pick to Tampa Bay for Wright?
