With wide-out Calvin Johnson looking to be a full go this week against the Bengals, the Lions’ biggest concern on the offensive side of the ball lie on the health of tight end Tony Scheffler who last week suffered the third concussion of his career. He’s officially listed as out for today’s game. Meanwhile running back Joique Bell who suffered a rib injury against the Browns is questionable while Louis Delmas and Rashean Mathis are both probable.
