The 2012 recruiting class continues to get recognized as CBS Sports has ranked them number one.
With 22 total recruits for 2012, Michigan is ranked ahead of #2 Texas and #3 Miami. In terms of the Big Ten, Michigan State is ranked #2 while nationally they are ranked #24 with their 13 total commitments.
According to CBS recruiting analyst Tom Lemming, Michigan has five recruits in the top 100 including Detroit Cass Tech defensive back Terry Richardson, ranked No. 30, and offensive lineman Kyle Kalis of Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward, who is ranked No. 60.
