The 2011-12 season looks to be the a farewell tour for Piston veteran Ben Wallace.
According to Chris Mannix of SI.com, the 37-year-old Wallace said he will retire at the end of the season.
Prior to the beginning of this and after the death of his brother last season Wallace did contemplate retirement but ultimately chose to return for this 16th season in the league.
The Pistons enter Saturday night’s game against the New York Knicks at 2-5 and in rebuilding mode.
