All punishments have finally been given out after the Lions/Bears game from this past Sunday that saw several on-field incidents.
Here is an outline of each fine by the NFL…
Detroit Lions Fines
- Matthew Stafford, QB – $7,500 (grabbing helmet of D.J. Moore and driving him to the ground)
- Nick Fairley, DT – $15,000 (driving Bears QB Jay Cutler to the ground)
- Kyle Vanden Bosch, DE – $7,500 (late hit on Bears RB Matt Forte)
- Rob Sims, G – $7,500 (late tackle)
Total team fines: $37,500
Chicago Bears Fines
- D.J. Moore, DB – $15,000 (striking Matthew Stafford)
- Earl Bennett, WR – $10,000 (wearing orange shoelaces, violation of uniform rules)
Total team fines: $25,000
