Stafford to begin light throwing this week

According to Tom Kowalski of Mlive.com, Lions QB Matthew Stafford will begin light throwing this week but would not speculate on when he would return to the teams starting lineup.
Stafford was also asked the question if this was the first throwing he has done since the shoulder injury in week one against the Bears. Stafford dodged the question and responded that it would be his first throwing that was “all on”. I’m guessing this means that he was throwing but it was a light toss.
I really don’t anticipate Stafford being ready for this weekend’s game on the road against the Packers. To tell you the truth, I really wouldn’t want Stafford playing since Green Bay is going to be pretty angry about losing to the Bears Monday night and are most likely going to be out for blood. Sorry Shaun Hill but someone has to be the sacrifice.
