The Lions looked about as efficient as a team could on their opening drive of the first preseason game of the season. Yes, we’re talking preseason and a Lions opening touchdown as Golden Tate took a pass from Matthew Stafford to quickly make it 7-0 Detroit.

Stafford ended up going 2/2 for 57 yards and a touchdown before his day was over after the first drive. Tate finished with two receptions for 57 yards and that receiving touchdown.
