NC State’s Anthony “Cat” Barber hit a buzzer beater Wednesday night to send the Wolf Pack to a 76-73 win in Raleigh. The buzzer beater though may not of been the most impressive aspect though of the game, the fact that it took a buzzer beater to beat High Point may be the most incredible factoid of the night.

Sure it’s only early December but if there was ever a bigger moral victory for a team like High Point who has a yearly enrollment of under 5,000 and has never been to the NCAA Tournament this is it.
