2008 Detroit Lions… Where are they now?

This is just a look back on how bad the 2008 Lions actually were. There are only a handful of players that a still in the NFL let alone the Lions. When Martin Mayhew and Jim Schwartz took over this team he had nothing to work with and literally had to build this team from the ground up.  So before you start pointing fingers at Jim Schwartz take a trip down memory lane and look at the team he inherited in 2009. Jim Schwartz is the best head coach the Lions have had since I can remember. Give him some more time and let him build this team the way it needed to be built before you start calling for his job.
