Leicester City set a Premier League mark tonight while equaling another one in a 9-0 clowning of Southampton from St. Mary’s.

The tally was set a new mark for the largest road win the EPL has ever witnessed while the Fox’s also equaled the largest win in Premier League history.

Leicester City took advantage of a red card issued to Ryan Bertrand in the 12β€² and held a 5-0 lead at the half. The Fox’s, however, continued to pile on the Saints in the second half as Ayoze Perez completed his hat trick in the 57β€² while Jamie Vardy netted his in the 90β€² +4β€² off a penalty.

The win sent Leicester into second in the Premier League table while further sending a message to the rest of the League. Meanwhile, this loss will surely haunt Southampton for years to come as move into the relegation zone ahead of the weekend’s matchups.
