Xavier’s J.P. Macura takes one to the face in win over Georgia State

Sixth seeded Xavier advanced to their 5th sweet 16 in 8 years with a 75-67 win over Georgia State Saturday evening. This however wasn’t before J.P. Macura took a basketball to the face.
