With Suh gone, Lions turn attention to Fairley

NFL: Preseason-Detroit Lions at Cleveland Browns

Now that Ndamukong Suh has reportedly agreed to a 6-year deal, $114 million dollar deal with the Miami Dolphins, the Detroit Lions will turn their free agency focus to another one of their Defensive Tackles Nick Fairley. According to Yahoo! Sports’ Charles Robinson, Nick Fairley will now be the top priority of the Detroit Lions.

Fairley was quoted in the Detroit Free Press about about a month ago saying he liked the Lions and wished to return.

I love Detroit, to be honest. I feel the city, the people in it. I love the atmosphere of basically the hard work that they bring. I’m just all work, and that’s definitely the vibe I get from the city, and I like it.

The Lions also reportedly hosted free agent Defensive Tackle Kendall Langford, formerly of the Rams this week. If the Lions do actually lose Ndamukong Suh to the Dolphins as it has been reported, the Lions will have plenty of quality options available including:
