Twitter summed it up best, we’re only two days into the NHL season and something like this is already happening.
That something is Danny DeKeyser of the Red Wings dumping the off the boards into the Tampa Bay zone which is innocent enough. Only instead of it bouncing along the boards and into the corner it took a 90-degree route into the back of the net catching an unsuspecting Ben Bishop off guard.

The Lightning ended up winning 6-4 so all was not lost for Bishop and Tampa Bay. But someone check Hillary’s emails… I smell a conspiracy!
