It seems like Akil Baddoo gets a lot of shit from Tigers fans but tonight he shut up a lot of his critics with a clutch game-winning double in the bottom of the 10th sending the Tigers to a 3-2 comeback win over the Mariners.
It was a night though of clutch hitting as Kerry Carpenter’s two-run homer in the eighth helped send the game to extras.
The Tigers now look for the series sweep tomorrow afternoon before welcoming the Yankees to town on Friday.
