Yesterday Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito broke his silence about his role in the Jonathan Martin fiasco when he spoke exclusively with Fox Sportsβ Jay Glazer. Now although I do enjoy FOXβs NFL coverage, this interview was nothing more than softball lobs and fully prepared questions leaving the audience with really very little in the end.
For instance Incognito was able to spew off such gems such as:
βThis isnβt an issue about bullying. This is an issue about my and Jonβs relationship where Iβve taken stuff too far,β and, βI can be accountable for my actions, and my actions were coming from a place of love.β
Thatβs fine however Glazer wasnβt hard hitting in his own responses setting up Incognito for a platform all his own without really having to answer for his reputation or his βhalf-n***erβ remarks which apparently were all out of love.
And during the interview Incognito offered to show Glazer his phone full of text messages with back and fourths with Martin in which Glazer added up to be roughly 1,142 total texts.

Iβm sorry, but given Incognitoβs history Iβm not buying the seemingly face-saving interview that was presented to us.
