VIDEO: Patrick Roy goes after Anaheim’s Bruce Boudreau in head coaching debut

Hall of Fame goaltender Patrick Roy had a pretty eventful debut as the Avalanche head coach last night.

Aside from his team downing the Ducks 6-1, Roy finished off his night by getting into a shouting match with Anaheim head coach Bruce Boudreau as time expired.

But it didn’t end there.

Roy, who is no stranger to verbal or physical confrontations, proceeded to push down the glass partition that separates the home and visitor benches at the Pepsi Center in Denver.

Now I may be wrong but unless that partition is held up by a piece of chewing gum, Patrick Roy may give Lou Ferrigno a run for his money.

It’s going to be interesting to see how this one turns out though… I mean will NHL disciplinarian Brendan Shanahan review the tape?
