Chris Davis isn’t on the torrid pace he had last year when he led the AL in home runs at the end of the season but Wednesday night the Orioles first baseman hit his 8th of the year. It wasn’t a huge deal aside from it putting the O’s up 5-2 on the Rangers and his teammates made that well known as no on greeted Davis when he made his way back to the dugout.
No problem though, Davis simply high-fived his invisible teammates.
It was all in good fun though… no one on the Orioles really hates Chris Davis. As far as we know.
