It appears the UFC has finally been sold.
According to Jeremy Botter of FloSports, Zuffa, LLC (the parent to UFC) agreed to a price tag of $4.2 billion.

The news of UFC’s selling doesn’t come as a surprise considering all the speculation the past few weeks that the most well known MMA organization was up for sale.
Zuffa too may not get a much better offer for the company considering how lucrative the UFC currently is.
Next month Brock Lesnar is scheduled to make his return at UFC 200 while Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor will get their rematch at UFC 202. Ronda Rousey is also scheduled to take on Miesha Tate in a title fight towards the end of the year while the assumption remains that CM Punk will at some point make his debut before the 2016 ends.
