TMSNX Site Terms of Use

At The Majors Sports Network, (“TMSNX”), we consider each of our subscribers, contributors, experts and other individuals who access our FanSites (collectively, the “Fans”) to be a member of the TMSNX team. 99.99 percent of the time our Fans make us feel lucky to be associated with you. Every once in awhile, however, there will be a situation that jeopardizes the culture of the team. The following terms of use are a condition for accessing and posting to our “FanSites.”
- Negative/Uncivil Behavior. The following unnecessarily negative and uncivil behaviors are prohibited on FanSites:
- Attacking writers/commenters/experts/readers in posts, comment sections or on social media channels (for example, calling someone an idiot or worse or personally attacking or insulting them). We require our Fans to always take the high road and engage in debate and discussion in a respectful manner.
- Posting racist, sexist, homophobic or other content that demeans, disparages or harasses an individual because of an immutable or personal characteristic
- Comments disparaging the image or reputation of TMSNX, TMSNX staff or its partners or representatives
- Using inappropriate or offensive words, such as swear words
- Restricting or inhibiting any other Fan from using and enjoying the FanSite or the FanSite’s services
- Publishing materials that constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law
- Publishing materials that constitute or contain false or misleading indications of origin, endorsement or statements of fact
- Publishing materials that contain a virus, spyware, or other harmful component
- Content. The following rules apply to content posted on a FanSite:
- Except as provided below, FanSite posts are original works that do not violate, plagiarize or infringe the rights of third parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, contract, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right. Plagiarism, stealing content, or revealing the Company’s confidential information is strictly prohibited!
Exceptions are:
- No content should violate any laws
- TMSNX reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or review all materials posted to the FanSite or through the FanSite’s services or features by Fans. While TMSNX is not responsible for any materials posted by the Fans, TMSNX reserves the right at all times to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in our sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of this Terms of Use, TMSNX policies or applicable law. TMSNX may also impose limits on certain features of a FanSite or restrict a Fan’s access to part or all of a FanSite without notice or penalty if TMSNX believes a Fan is are in breach of these Terms of Use or for any other reason without notice or liability.
