The Michigan basketball team has certainly been the tale of two completely different seasons.
After plowing through the competition earlier on in the year, Michigan has in a sense went into a tailspin that saw a blowout against rival Michigan State on the road, an embarrassing loss to Penn State and a one minute defensive meltdown that costs them a win and a share of the Big Ten regular season title against Indiana just last week.
Now the Wolverines have flopped out out of the B1G Tournament after their 68-59 loss to the Wisconsin Badgers Friday sending Michigan into the NCAA Tournament with even more uncertainty after such a promising start to the season.
And speaking of flops, Tim Hardaway Jr. drew an offensive fowl against Wisconsin’s Ryan Evans which the refs bought hook, line and sinker.
