Imagine hopping in a time machine and setting the dial to this past early August. Once there, you get out of the time machine, find some Tigers fans, and deliver some unbelievable news that not only will the Tigers go on an improbable run to make the Postseason, but that Detroit will go into Houston and sweep the Astros in the Wild Card round.
People would think you’re crazy but that’s exactly what happened today. The Tigers went into Houston and swept an Astros team with much more playoff experience and a much more expensive roster.
