For the first time in six months, Tiger Woods is a tournament winner.
Monday, Woods overcame a bogey and double-bogey on the 14th and 15th holes to go on to win the Farmers Insurance Open at 14 under par and with a 4 stroke lead.
This latest win is Woods’ 7th Farmers Insurance Open victory and a nice bounce back after missing the cut at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship last week. Still the big test for Woods and the true determining factor as to whether or not he’s really back is what he does in two and a half months when the Masters rolls around.
