The gruesome QB injury hit UCF last night when Central Florida star quarterback McKenzie Milton opted to hold onto a play-action before getting hit low by a South Florida defender. The results were stomach turning.

As of this morning, the hospital isn’t releasing any information on the status or the extent of Milton per the family’s request however it doesn’t take a doctor to make the assumption that the injury is undoubtedly serious.
Milton, a 21-year-old junior won AAC offensive player of the year award honors in 2017 for throwing for more than 4,000 yards and 37 touchdowns while finishing eighth in Heisman voting. If his career isn’t over it’s presumed he’ll receive a medical redshirt however at this point we’re just hoping for a speedy recovery for the guy.
You can feel the air let out of the stadium as now both teams rally around McKenzie Milton. #WarOnI4 #UCF #USF pic.twitter.com/r0wswAHQdM
