When it comes to futility in the NFL, you don’t have to look any further than the Detroit Lions and Cleveland Browns. And perhaps not so ironically given their track records both teams have managed to accomplish 0-16 records within a 10-year time frame as Cleveland managed as such this past season.
Ultimately though this begs the question, who’s the hapless of the two when it comes to those 0-16 “perfect” seasons?
