The Kansas City Chiefs Down to Four

chiefs

With the NFL draft narrowing down to 24 days now, the Kansas City Chiefs are on the clock and have been since the end of the 2012 NFL season. According to Albert Breer of NFL.com, who spoke with Chiefs general manager John Dorsey today the Chiefs plan on making their final decision on who they’ll take four days before the draft. Dorsey has been meeting with head coach Andy Reid three times a day about this pick. When Breer was asked who the Chiefs are considering, Dorsey didn’t say who they’re thinking about but he did state they have narrowed down their choice to four players.

The Majors NFL Draft Experts in Adam Waltersdorf, Jason Bray and myself all have Texas A&M OT Luke Joeckel going to the Chiefs but you have to wonder if the Kansas City front office has something up their sleeve? There is the possibility of trading out of the top pick, which Dorsey didn’t knock out of the equation.

Whatever the Chiefs are considering the ball is in their court and we’re just three weeks away from finding out who it will be.
