USP NFL: GREEN BAY PACKERS AT SEATTLE SEAHAWKS S FBN USA WA

Since the entire nation continues to have what’s probably an unhealthy addiction with the NFL, we’ll go ahead and highlight some games to circle as the League released their 2015 regular season schedule Tuesday.

First, the campaign opens up with the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots facing off against AFC rival Pittsburgh in what should be an offensive showcase between two of the League’s best in Tom Brady and Ben Roethlisberger. And despite Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell being suspended, Antonio Brown and New England’s Rob Gronkowski should still give fans plenty of entertainment on the offensive side of things.

Second, week one’s Monday night lineup will feature a double-header pitting the Philadelphia Eagles (perhaps with Tim Tebow? Probably not) against Dan Quinn’s Atlanta Falcons from the Georgia Dome. In the second game we’ll see the now Jim Harbaughless 49ers facing off against the Vikings who could perhaps still have Adrian Peterson and his switch unless Minnesota is able to come to terms with his release or a trade.

Finally for the annual Thanksgiving games, Detroit will play the Eagles in Motown, while the Dallas Cowboys will face the Carolina Panthers which will highlight Greg Hardy’s first game against his old team. The night ends with the Green Bay Packers playing host to the Chicago Bears and feature Brett Favre’s jersey retirement ceremony.

Three days after Thanksgiving, the Broncos will host the Patriots in what could be the last ever on-field meeting between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.

Other Games of Note

Green Bay vs. Seattle 9/20: This will be the first meeting between these two teams since the Packers’ notorious collapse in the NFC Championship Game.

Philadelphia vs. Dallas 11/8: Because why the hell not? Aren’t games between these two teams always pretty intriguing? Not to mention the Cowboys and Eagles should be the best two teams in the NFC East.
